Commission Information

Are you interested in hiring an illustrator to bring your concept into creation? Do you want an image dedicated to a character you adore? Maybe you’re looking for the perfect gift for a loved one? Whatever your reason, you're in the right place! Please note that the following information is for individual clients who are interested in commissions for personal use. Sketch Illustration

A loose and sketchy illustration with the use of limited shading and attention to detail. This option is best for those who don’t need to see a clean and tidy image and want a quick turnaround.
Clients will receive a full-resolution PNG or JPG file of the digital illustration.

Detailed Illustration

A fully rendered illustration that focuses on complex shading and rich detailing. This option is best for those who want a high-quality image and do not mind being patient.

Order Form

Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service Agreement carefully. By requesting services, you are agreeing to the terms listed. These terms are for private commissions and not commercial work. The artist will be referred to as "I/me/my" and the client will be referred to as "you".

Expected Process

  • Upon filling out a request form, I will contact you to go over the details as well as ask any related questions to be able to fulfill the commission. Upon agreement with the terms, I will send an invoice. More details can be found under Pricing and Payment.

  • Please be aware there may be other clients that I am working with and there may be a waiting period before any progress can begin.

  • A preview of the work will be offered during the sketching stage. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and I will add any corrections before continuing.

  • Near completion, another preview of the work will be offered for any final revisions. No major changes will be accepted without additional payment.

  • Upon completion, you will be given a full resolution of the finished product. Payment must be paid in full before delivery. Details of what you can and cannot do with the finished product are under the Copyright & Usage Policy.

Estimated Time of Completion & Deadlines

  • Status of my work can be tracked via the Commission Queue.

  • The estimated time of completion varies based on the number of current orders I have to fulfill and the complexity of the work requested. Any time estimates I provide are merely used as a guideline and in no way guarantees that I will complete all work by then.

  • Any deadlines requested must be made at least two weeks in advance and may be subject to extra fees.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Upon agreement, an invoice will be sent to your email using PayPal.

  • Payment must be due before any work may begin. The final product will not be delivered until the payment is completed in full.

  • Payment of the agreed-upon price will be due within 30 days of the sent invoice. If the payment is not made by the due date, I may cancel the commission.

  • Other payment plans may be arranged if requested.

Termination & Refunds

Both parties have the right to cancel the commission for any reason at any point during production. However:

  • A refund shall be available if I have yet to begin work (0% Complete)

  • A refund at half the total price will be available if I am under halfway to completing the work to compensate for services. (>50% Complete)

  • No refunds will be available if I am over halfway to completing the work agreed upon. (<50% Complete)

You are not entitled to the unfinished work upon cancellation. However, it can be purchased for less than the original price upon request.Please refer to the Commission Queue page regarding the status of completion.

Copyright & Usage Policy

Each party retains all rights to its own pre-existing intellectual property. I will retain all rights to the finished artwork.You will be granted a non-exclusive limited license (CC BY-NC 4.0) of the finished product so long as the following conditions are met:

  • Acknowledgment is given to me for the creation. A link to my website or social media is acceptable.

  • My watermark remains visible on the product.

  • The product will not be used for any monetary gain or commercial purposes.

  • The product will not be used for AI training or NFTs.

You are free to crop, resize, edit, print, and/or post the finished product elsewhere as long as it follows the stated conditions. For any other use, you must contact me for permission.

Miscellaneous

  • If the artwork that is ordered contains subjective material, you automatically agree that you are of legal age (18+) to view such content.

  • I may choose to stream or post work-in-progress images on social media or other apps. If you wish to have the product privatized or have your name unassociated, it may be requested.

Any modification to these Terms of Service shall be inapplicable unless agreed by both parties.
